We deliver the clean and renovated homes that students describe as their ideal college apartments. We provide amenities like appliances and study spaces to reduce student stress and drive success. We aim to become the landlord of choice with kind and efficient solutions to all inquiries. We consolidate utility and rental payments on a simple interface.

Adaptive Rentals began in 2022 when our founder Jeremiah James identified a gap in the marketplace for college town rentals near the Cornell University campus in Ithaca, NY. We pursued our first property deal in 2023, and we are actively growing and scaling to provide apartment homes and impeccable services to more and more students.
